ANNETTE HUG studied history in Zurich and Women and Development Studies in Manila. Her novel Lady Berta was published by rotpunktverlag in 2008; In Zelenys Zimmer in 2010. Her column “A dream of the world” appears every two weeks in the weekly Swiss newspaper WOZ. She has also published several long-form reports from the Philippines, Shanghai and Seoul with different outlets. In March 2021 her fourth novel Tiefenlager has been published – again through Das Wunderhorn.
