DESSISLAVA DIMOVA is an art historian, curator and writer. She lives and works in Sofia and Brussels. As an art historian, she has been part of the Sessions in East European Art History comparative art history research project organised by The Post-Socialist Art Centre (PACT), Institute of Advanced Studies, UCL, London, within the Getty Foundation’s Connecting Art Histories initiative (2019-2022). Her latest projects are DESPOINA platform for the arts, and The Bulgarian Arts and Culture Foundation, which mediates public and private efforts for presenting contemporary Bulgarian art internationally.
