EVA NEKLYAEVA is a curator based between Helsinki and Milan working across performing arts, politics, and sexuality. In 2019, she finished her three year mandate as Artistic Director of the Santarcangelo Festival. Founded in 1971, Santarcangelo is the oldest Italian festival dedicated to contemporary performing arts. Her previous positions include Director of contemporary art organization Checkpoint Helsinki, as well as of the Baltic Circle International Contemporary Theatre Festival. In 2014, Eva founded Wonderlust, a festival of diverse and creative sexuality in Helsinki.
